Your Questions…Answered!
We have found that entrepreneurs, business owners, professional service providers, and others who are strongly considering our Help My Website Sell™ Weekly Brainstorming And Accountability Coaching have a few questions. Let’s answer them now:
Question: How often do we meet? I know you said “weekly” but there’s more I need to know.
Answer: We’ll meet once a week for 30 minutes. Sometimes we may wrap things up in less than 30 minutes, and other weeks we might go longer if there’s a lot to talk about or we really get into a deep conversation and feel the need to keep it going a little longer. There’s flexibility.
The calls will happen on the same day and time each week, automatically, unless one week something comes up and we mutually decide, for that week, to do it a different time.
Q: What if I can’t do it that week? What if you can’t do it that week?
A: Now and then, one of us might be on vacation, at a conference, or under the weather. We know this. But count on usually meeting each week. And as we said above, sometimes we may need to do something different that particular week, we’ll work that out as we go along.
Q: Will I only hear from you once a week? What if I need to bend your ear a little on something urgent that comes up? Business doesn’t always wait until Monday at 11.
A: When you belong to this program, you can e-mail us whenever, and your e-mails will get priority response (within one business day, generally speaking). If we go on a mountain climbing expedition and will be without internet access for a few days, we’ll let you know in advance so you aren’t wondering.
Also if something comes up and you need to chat live about something real quick, you’ll have Adam’s direct extension. Give him a call and if you catch his voicemail, leave one, and he’ll get back to you as soon as he gets the message. (But you must actually leave a message with a brief indication of what you want to chat about!)
Q: What’s the investment?
The investment is $500 per month with successful payment due at the beginning of each month. We’ll set it up on automatic billing so you never have to worry about forgetting to make the payment or being reminded.
Q: I don’t know how long I’ll need this. And maybe I want to try it for a couple months but I don’t want to be locked into a huge commitment until we’ve been doing it for a while and I see how well it works for me and my business.
The payments will be monthly. In the past we’ve offered “six month” or “1 year” payment options, but we’ve found through experience that’s just not the best model for this kind of coaching. So, no long-term commitments in terms of “big advance payments” – it’s month-to-month as long as you choose to stick around. And if you ever need to end the coaching, just let us know and you won’t be billed again.
Q: Me and my spouse are thinking about going away for a few weeks this summer and won’t be doing business. Do I still have to pay even though I won’t be using the coaching at all?
If you need to, say, pause the weekly sessions for 3 months because you’ll be on a whirlwind European vacation, just let us know and we’ll stop the automatic payments until you get back from vacation and are ready to get back to business. No hassles and no hard questions. Fair enough?
