Answer: Absolutely.  We find our video coaching and consulting is most effective when directed to the person(s) who will actually be doing the work.  We don’t expect you to “run relay” in this case.

Q: I didn’t see my topic listed above, but I need video training and consulting around a certain issue related to website conversions or internet marketing technology.  Can you help?

A: This would involve a customized package, but it’s possible.  Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll go from there.

Q: Couldn’t you just film “stock videos” of all this and sell them as information products?

A: For some of these things, possibly.  We do have some videos – the more technical ones – where there really is only one way to explain it that applies to everybody, and we may send those along with your personalized videos.  We haven’t ruled out the “info product” idea for certain things and you may see some of those rolling out as we go along.

However, many of our customers have revealed that they get the most mileage out of seeing how things work on THEIR website and apply to THEIR setup.  Our goal is for this to work for YOU.  That may mean an extra quarter-mile, but you’ll move forward several miles.

Q: How long does it take for us to receive our videos?

A: Anywhere from one business day to a week or so – it really depends on what we, together, agree to provide for you.  So, let’s have a conversation right away and then we’ll be able to give you a clear, ironclad answer that we know we can stand by.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: It really depends on your specific needs.  Remember, too, that we don’t just dump videos on you; we hang around for a month to make sure a) you “get it”, and b) you’re using it effectively, through the e-mail and phone follow-up described above.  We provide a custom estimate for each video training.
