Three Days To A Better Way…

Just wanted to check in and make sure you had a chance to claim your spot for this Tuesday’s teleseminar, “A Faster, Better Way To Build (Or Rebuild) Your Websites”

…located at http://www.launchmywebsitefaster.com/

If you’ve already registered, you’re all set, and we’ll be sending you reminders as we get closer to the go-live.

Here’s why you really need to make sure you attend – or if you’re not signed up yet, you want to do so now:

It’s been my experience that many great ideas for new launches, new products, new solutions, and new ventures take shape in the month of December, with a solemn vow to get started “right after the new year.”

My friends and colleagues who are web designers and web developers tell me they’re getting an “all of a sudden” surge of phone calls and e-mails from folks looking to “lock in” their new-year project first before everyone else does.

The question, therefore becomes: do you want to be live, online, doing business, speaking with actual prospects and powerfully closing real, money deals, in January?

Or would you prefer to spend four months struggling and sputter into a belated, already-exhausted “launch” in April or May?

The choice…is yours.

So make the choice to join me on Tuesday (December 6) and I’ll show you the faster, better way.

Sound good?

Here’s the registration link again:

It takes 10 seconds, and the best part is, as soon as you register, you’ll have an immediate opportunity to ask me your burning question about this topic.

“See you” then!

- ARH

P.S. With this being the holiday season, you might be swamped, and Tuesday might not work for you. There will be a LIMITED TIME replay after the call. You won’t miss a thing. That’s all the more reason to sign up now:

Can You Do Just A Little Bit Better?

It’s a simple question.

Really.

So many businesses, websites, products, programs, services, and seminars never see the light of day because they try too hard to be perfect, to get it totally right before they launch, or they assume all is well and keep on doing what they’ve been doing up until now.

“Perfection” exists only in the eyes of its beholder.  There’s no such thing as “perfect.”

You’ll never get it totally right before you launch.  As soon as you have all your “ducks in a row”, yet another guru ramping up for yet another product launch will blast away a few of your ducks with a shotgun in the form of a broadcast e-mail.  How many times can you stop and re-evaluate before taking a step forward?

“We’ve always done it this way, and it works fine” only (barely) proves that you somehow got lucky and avoided catastrophe due to huge errors in what you’ve always been doing.  What happens when Google changes all the rules again, today’s “hot” social media outlet becomes obsolete, or some dramatic socioeconomic cataclysm stands everything on its head?   Continue reading

Good News And Bad News On Small Business Saturday

Not to throw a wet blanket on Small Business Saturday, but I have good news AND some really bad news for you – so listen up.

Actual small-business failure rate statistics vary depending on data samples and geography (among other factors), but the following are commonly cited in current literature:

  • 40% small businesses cease to exist within the first year, 80% within 5 years… by Year 10, only 4% (that’s 40 out of 1,000) are still open for business (1)
  • According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, In Q1 of 2010 there was a net loss of 96,000 companies with fewer than 100 employees (2)
  • A recent bulletin from the U.S. Small Business Administration shows small business bankruptcies have more than doubled since 2007 – 28,322 in 2007 vs.56,282 in 2010 (3)
  • A recent Canadian study shows 96 percent of small businesses (1–99 employees) surviving for one full year, 85% survive for three years and 70% survive for five years. Even this relatively optimistic forecast means within 5 years, at least 3 out of 10 are toast (4)

How long do you think YOUR small business will survive without a viable website and internet marketing presence, in the absence of a strong, meaningful website conversion conversation with your prospects, customers, fans, and followers?

Based on the above, I don’t think you can afford to wait long at all.

Now, The Good News Is…

I’ve found a better way, based on years of industry experience, trial and error, learning what works, seeing which business have thrived, which barely survived, and which ones nosedived.

For the sake of your business’s future, please join me on Tuesday, December 6 when I reveal “A Faster, Better Way To Build (Or Rebuild) Your Websites!”
